CPAN Stands Up for No-Fault in Detroit Free Press

02-Sep-2010 The Detroit Free Press featured a point-counter point debate today about reforming auto no-fault in Michigan.  CPAN, represented by Brain Injury Association of Michigan President Mike Dabbs, argues that insurance companies must be required to be transparent and accountable in their rate setting practices for true rate reform to work.
